About Qamar Foundation
A registered non-profit humanitarian organisation in the UK (Charity No. 1150141) and Afghanistan (Reg No. 7), established in 2018. Driven by a belief that every human being deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope — we save lives and uplift communities.

We serve the most vulnerable communities across Afghanistan by addressing the root causes of poverty and empowering people to build dignified, self-sufficient lives.
What We Do
Education
We provide scholarships and run our Back to School programme to ensure children across Afghanistan can access quality education.
Orphan Support
Through Orphan Sponsorship, we provide shelter, education, medical care, and monthly support. “I and the caretaker of the orphan will be in Jannah like this” — Prophet Muhammad ﷺ (Sahih al-Bukhari)
Emergency & Disaster Relief
When earthquakes, floods, and crises strike, Qamar is on the frontline delivering food, shelter, and essential supplies.
Livelihood Programmes
Family Sponsorship, Small Business Support, Vocational Training, and Income Generation Projects.
Agriculture
Greenhouse Projects and Agricultural Land Projects that help farming families increase yields and strengthen food security.
Clean Water Wells
We build wells in underserved communities. Each well can be dedicated in your name — the Prophet ﷺ said the best charity is giving water.
Winter Relief
Each winter, we provide blankets, clothing, heating supplies, and food packages to vulnerable families.
Healthcare
We support hospitals, clinics, and community health programmes in remote areas of Afghanistan.
